Before I begin the actual post, I would like to do a few updates. I am an update kind of girl. One, this is my 4th day on the Carb Cycle lifestyle/meal plan. I refuse to call it a diet, because no one should be on a diet. It is just a word label. I hate labels. Anyway, I can tell you after two normal carb days, and 2 low carb days ( 50 or below), I feel so much better on the low carb days. I actually did not expect that, because I am actually eating some dairy on the low carb days, and dairy typically bothers my stomach. I have not weighed myself, I only do that once a week, and that is Thursday. But, so far I like the way I feel more on the lower carb days. Two, yesterday I posted about washing of pesticides off of produce. Please remember there are other issues with food that everyone should be mindful of including GMO, antibiotics, and preservatives. Three, I just go my first advocacy opportunity with the National Kidney Foundation. If you have CKD, and you would like to be an advocate, visit their website, and find the be an advocate link.
So, this week’s word is Auspicious. Remember, there are a 100 words all together, so this is a lengthy challenge. In your journal write the word, and definition 10 times each, then say the word and definition out loud 10 times each. Go back over all the previous words, reading them out loud 10 times each.
