Updated 3/15/2021 I used to love it when we had our swimming pool. It sprung a leak and we never got another. We actually did buy a new one, so now I can do my aerobics again in the pool. But, I used to get in there and do water aerobics. Water Aerobics is easy on the joints, low impact, and great for the elderly or people with limited mobility. If you are obese, and have difficulty moving around, water aerobics will make you seem lighter, making it easier to walk, jog, or whatever. The video link below, is just one I picked. I have not tried it, nor am I in any way affiliated with it. There are tons of others to choose from. Plus, you probably won’t sweat in the water, and in my mind that is a big bonus.
