Let’s face it the holidays can be stressful.  Life can be stressful for that matter.  I have finally finished my new Guided Imagery for Stress or Mild Anxiety.  Guided Imagery is not for severe Stress or Severe Anxiety.  You must be 18 years or older to purchase my Guided Imagery files.  My Guided Imagery downloads are available in my Etsy shop.  If you would like me to create a custom Guided Imagery for you, with music or other sounds, use the contact form below to message me for a free meet and greet.  I put a lot of time into these and they are the property of Health Buddy Melissa.  You may not share it with others, copy it, or re-sell it.
