Another quick post today as we are still doing tree clean up from the storm that roared through here Friday night. Below find a 3-mile indoor fitness walk. If you have been walking for a while then this 45-minute walk is for you. It is still low impact, but you will be walking about 5 miles per hour. I burn 350 calories when I do this video. Sometimes I add weights or other ways to increase the intensity and burn a few more calories. Try it and see if you like it. It is a little more boring than some of her other videos, but still a great video.
