Wellness wednesday quote for the day

Welcome back! I hope your Wednesday is seeing you well. I have to get my second dose of the Moderna Covid vaccine today, and I have no idea if I will be functioning tomorrow. Going from experience of others who got the second dose I can expect to be quite sleepy. I will be seeing my Kidney Doctor in a couple of weeks, so I will do an update on that. I have lost some weight, so I am hoping to see an increase in my eGFR.

Anyway on to the quote. This quote is unknown who wrote it or said it. It is thought provoking, though.

“It’s Not About Being Good At SOMETHING, It’s About Being Good At YOURSELF”

What do you think about that quote? I find us humans are always trying to be good, or better at something, and often neglecting ourselves. Wellness starts with ourselves and then the other stuff is fluff.

  1. It’s because we neglect ourself unknowingly why we think we have to better ourselves..

It’s an insecurity that we cannot see what we already are and we thrive to be good at something else..

    Human insecurities
    Is our bodies
    cry for help..
