A Health Coach can help you improve, and or, maintain your Health and Wellness by setting and achieving realistic goals. Some of these goals may include weight loss, better sleep, decreased stress, better time management, learning to cook, follow a diet plan, meal plan, meal prep, manage chronic diseases, talk to your doctor, learn about your medications, learn to read your labs, and so much more. I have been a nurse for many years, and I am certified in Health Coaching, Herbalism, basic Aromatherapy, Guided Imagery, Reiki and am finishing up Mindfulness. I look forward to learning more Integrative Therapies to help people reach their maximum Health and Wellness.

Prevention of Chronic Diseases through diet, lifestyle changes, management of stress and so much more are also vital to my mission as a Health Coach.
